(AINA) -- During the demonstration which was held in front of the American Embassy in Cairo on Tuesday, 9/11, a Muslim cleric named Abu Islam tore and burned the Holy Bible in front of thousands of Muslims. His action was met with applause and anti-Christian cheers from the demonstrators. Before leaving the demonstration and getting into his car, he told the crowds "next time I will urinate on it."

Back in the 1960’s when I was a child I heard that the Chinese had made firecrackers from the bibles we had sent them. I peeled open a firecracker and sure enough the paper was covered with chinese writing. It didn’t stop me from shooting firecrackers.

Go ahead.
Tear away.
My God is so strong that His word lives in me, not just on paper.

“Christians revere the words contained therein. The paper, ink and cardboard are just a medium, so knock yourselves out guys weve got plenty more.”
And it’s on the internet too. God will never be defeated by man.

I think that we should plan a massive demonstration here in the United States about this. In our demonstration, we should seeing Christian songs and our signs should all have crosses on them and say things like:
Forgiveness for Muslims
Salvation for Muslims
Peace for Muslims

Muslim Cleric Tears Bible At Protest Outside the US Embassy in CairoListen.
Listen carefully.
The sound you hear is the millions of Christians rioting and calling for a fatwah on the head of this man.
Listen.

The difference between allah and his minion and God and His Christ is that allah can’t defend himself. It also appears that the followers of allah know that when the last koran is destroyed that religion will fade away to the nothingness it deserves, but God’s Word is eternal and cannot be destroyed.
Indeed, one of the proofs that the Bible is from God is that its 66 books were written by many different people over thousands of years and yet the themes are consistent and orderly.

“Our GODs word is eternal”
And, Our God;s Word is a Person—the Son of the Living God. Exactly who is this “cleric” counting on to represent him before the One on the throne, when he has disparaged the One on the throne?!

The Bible and Koran are just paper and ink. It is what is in your heart that is important.

An interesting exercise might be to ship a pallet of bibles to Abu Islam, well filmed.
On delivery, something should be said along the lines of: "You may destroy the book, but you cannot destroy the Word contained within it, for it is not a work of man, but of God."
To: theBuckwheat
Meh. Go ahead. The Words of God are printed within the hearts of men, and no destruction of paper and binding can erase them.
