I am sure the local moron is friendly and likable also - but you don't hire him to teach advanced calculus. While pointing that out you just sound mean (and wrong) if you say he is not only unqualified but also not friendly and likable.
This is just stupid of Romney. I truly do hate this kind of thing. The guy is a cold, mean, contemptible MFer. He exudes all the warmth of a snake. I take that back, snakes are actually quite cuddly in comparison.
