Hmm. This does bring up a brilliant strategy for logging, mining, and drilling companies to do:
1. Hire someone to infiltrate looney green group.
2. Set aside some equipment/area not too far from the real area to be logged/drilled/mined.
3. Have infiltrator lead group to fake area to protest.
4. Continue operations like normal.

The cost of the fake equipment, area, and infiltrator would more than be made up for by the lack of delays and legal costs. A bonus would be video tape the idiots bemoaning the "rape" of the earth and the "death" of the rocks.

Since the loons obviously want to be attached to the equipment, I would add my own chain and locks to help secure them there. I would then give the keys to the biggest, baddest equipment operator out there, the one with lots of kids, who really needs the job. Let the loons try to convince him he should give them the keys.
