External security for embassies rests with the local army and sometimes police. The marines are responsible for the in side. Some embassies have 9-15 marines and all not on duty at one time. I think a few embassies may have a complement of up to 22.

If 200 people storm the embassies would be hard to kill them all, as much as I’d like to see it. Ou folks are really not that secure against a human wave attack.

In some countries the local gov gives a heads up regarding the demonstration and everyone stays away or hunkers down in the building until the demo is over, but safe, not likely.

In Jerusalem the consulate is guarded on the outside by armenia security personnel. I didn’t see any weapons. Down the block was a small structure with 4 Israeli soldiers. Don’t know what they have in Te Aviv.

I hope the employees and Marines all got out. I read somewhere that they had advance notice in Egypt, and probably in Libya too.

The Muslim idiots may not have been armed, but if they managed to burn the place down...that’s not a good thing. Even getting in to tear down our flag was not a good thing either, to put it mildly.

With enough ammo and your six covered a couple of machine gunners can crate an ever growing mountain of muzzy scum.

It will become so tall and steep that the gutter scum will need crampons and climbing skills to crawl up and die.
