Scarborough: Eastwood Spoke 'From The Bottom Of A Bottle'

Joe Scarborough has suggested that Clint Eastwood was drunk when he gave his RNC speech.
Today's Morning Joe opened with a clip of Mitt Romney telling David Gregory that it was a thrill to have Eastwood speak on his behalf at the RNC, and that he felt Eastwood spoke "from the heart." Scarborough came on and said that rather than speaking from the heart, Eastwood spoke more "from the bottom of a bottle."

Last week my Democrat State Rep. endorsed Scott Brown. Posters on the Malden Patch suggested that the last time he spoke at graduation that he sounded drunk. The “drunk” card seems to be the new meme.

I deal with several elderly males in my practice. By my estimation Eastwood was speaking like a perfectly sober 82 year old who still has a pretty sharp brain - unlike ANY newreader on DNCNBC.
