Point of fact, in this confusing review, Dowd has hit on something. From the perspective of the “other” democrats, namely the Hillary crowd and PUMAs this would be how his speech came across.
He covered nothing that he has done (because other than exec orders and purposefully interfering with what little recovery there was by govt. fiat and regulation): GM (though Granholm touted it, not mentioning it all went to China), obamacare-— nothing. Instead he said he needs more time, because THEY failed him (he blames the democrats). This, even though until 2010 he had both houses of Congress and two new supreme appointees. The narcissism knows no limits. And is quite scary.
It IS like Hitler at the last saying “flood the subways of Berlin” (killing some 75K Germans btw) because the German people failed him. This is really something to think about— but the problem is the “on the govt. teat” moron crowd likes to sit around a collect a check (they have no pride and like to “party”).
The Alinsky tactic of this is to further push down the few remaining democrats who want to make something of themselves through honest work (not internet jive *ss investment dot com leftovers, but real business startups that need employees). “You didn’t build that needs to be hammered every day— dont’ drop it— because it is also saying “you failed me in my govt. takeover quest”. That is the ego of this monsters. Jefferson will be right if they succeed in voting themselves more money.

It sounds like Mo is a little pissed off that obama won’t take the blame. She must have me confused.
That's bad enough in a "get out your base" strategy for November, but these clowns never seem to understand how they won Congress in 2006 and expanded their majorities in 2008. They ran nominally fiscal conservatives promising a pay as you go fiscal policy in opposition to GWB and the pubbies in Congress deficit spending, and social conservatives as needed, e.g. "prolife" Bob Casey for the Senate in PA in 2006, the 65 House rats who told Holder in March 2009 to forget about a renewal of the so called assault weapons ban, etc.
I could go on, but IMHO, they must think everybody has amnesia.
