“I think the ABR crowd might want to read the poll.”

Yes, read and ponder how happy they will be if Romney loses by a handful of votes, and we lose the Congress to boot.

...”just refuse to believe that the American people have decided that they want to live under Communism”...

The American people have reached the point of ignorance where they do not know what Communism is or what happens to people who embrace it..I know that drug use is not very much discussed. However, I believe it has played a major role in the demise of America. I have no hope that I will see a free nation again because of the quality of our population. In times like these, the so called “beautiful” people like George Clooney and Ashley Judd play their roles in secularizing our society, making it fertile for communism. I mention those two because they are from my state. I weep almost every day for my country, and, frankly, it is in such bad shape that I fear having a good person at the helm when the really bad things which have already been set into motion start to happen. I want those who are responsible to be forced to accept the consequences. Fat chance of that, huh?

I think with a lot of people, they embrace Communism because they think that getting free stuff is worth it. They dont realize how great they have it here in America and what living in Communism REALLY means. You have actors like Sean Penn and others glamorizing Communism, you have the Communist Party USA actively campaigning here in America. I was telling my Mom a few days ago about that organization and she said “No way, there are no Communists here in America” had to inform her of the cold hard truth, they are out of hiding now. Years ago a person would never want to say they were a Communist, now its the “In” thing to do. I see protests on TV from SEIU and Illegal Aliens, I notice the signs all begging for Socialism and Communism. Its not the America I ever imagined it would become.

I just do not think the Obama base cares about the bad jobs report..They are not upset that the economy is failing because they are interested in fundamentally changing it into whatever will benefit them and them alone. They are out to conquer, not unite. This is a war between two nations within a nation and our side is going to lose. The best we can hope for is that God would bring about something which might knock the scales from their eyes and unite us.

“.I am Jewish, my family immigrated here from Israel in the mid 60s. My uncle and aunt voted for Obama in 2008, this year they are voting for Romney. They know that Romney is good for Israel and that Obama is a disaster. I just don't understand how Jews living in this country, supposedly caring about Israel and its existence, would vote for a guy who wants to destroy it.”...

I do not understand, either, a group of people who suffered the holocaust supporting policies and beliefs which are similar in so many ways to those which were forerunners to that horrible time for their families. Those who do must just be totally secularized.

It is very clear who we have become..Make no mistake, though, God will not be mocked. There will be “payday, someday,” and it may not be far off.

———supposedly caring about Israel-——

Do they really care about Israel?

If Israel feels that Obama will win re-election they are going to take out Iran’s nukes, probably before the election. They will feel like they have no choice. Obama and the US has already abandoned Israel, their only hope was a Romney victory, if they know that Romney will lose they will do what needs to be done to protect their country and if thats taking Iran’s nukes out that is exactly what they will do.
Liberal Jews worship the religion known as liberalism, either some of them don’t give a rats behind about Israel or their loyalty comes after they pray to liberalism.

What you describe could be understood by people if we had a real media and not a propaganda machine. However, many of them may lean toward Communism, too, thinking they will be able to share in that absolute power when it finally takes control over the masses. I believe with all my heart that drug use has it’s effect in all our professions. It is not just something the “street” people do.

Makes one miss the days of the Soviet Union when it was a lot easier to explain to people why they should hate commies. The commies truly seem to have gotten traction by avoiding the use of the word “communism,” always saying that’s not what they’re for, even when their long description of what they’re for is the same thing.

“Why would Romney buy airtime in North Florida, when he’ll win that region overwhelmingly?”

Maybe his internal polls indicate that he won’t...

That B.S. fest energized some more of the gutter end of the Democrat spectrum.

Only Sandra Fluke's and Elizabeth Warren's speeches were aimed at the gutter end. All the other prime time ones did a fine job of appealing to moderates, explaining with specious but convincing-sounding arguments why Republicans have been supposedly responsible for everything that's gone wrong with the country in the last 30 years. Meanwhile the Republican convention barely reminded people that Obama existed and did absolutely nothing to call out the Democrat party for everything they've done to cause the energy crisis, housing crisis, debt crisis, etc. Guess they're not putting a very high priority on winning back the Senate.

...”Liberal Jews worship the religion known as liberalism, either some of them don’t give a rats behind about Israel or their loyalty comes after they pray to liberalism”...

How very, very sad that a people so destined to be blessed by God would not totally embrace their heritage and their culture, even turning from it to align themselves with ideas and a class of people so inferior to who they are. Now we see with the recent rise in antisemitism that licking the boots of the liberal left has not really paid off.

The vote in November will show the Bradly effect showing up large - larger than even the proponents of this effect expect.

Didn't happen in 2008 and won't happen now. People need to stop hanging their hat on this political "theory." All of the elections cited to support this so called effect take place nearly 25-30 years ago in the 1980s in two races (three if you want to count Dinkins in NYC), and were single state or city elections (with less sophisticated polling). It's practically bunk. If it were true, times and attitudes have since changed.

If a Democrat Jew can watch the video of Dems booing Israel, seeing that “Arab American Democrat” booing Israel, and STILL vote Dem it shows that they never supported Israel to begin with. Many Jews despise Israel, you’d be surprised to see how many Jews hate Israel just as much as the Arabs do, its the one thing they bond over

If all we have is to hope for some magic poll bias like that, we’re screwed indeed. Whistling past the graveyard is too nice of a term for it.

Trust me - with an unemployment rate that’s higher than the national average, and a base that already leans conservative, Romney won’t have any problem in North Florida.

Amen! Obama wins this easily. Supposedly Obamacare is unpopular. Economy sucks. Gas prices are at record highs. He’s shutting down domestic energy production. He’s wasted billions of dollars in these Green gimics.

ANY other President would be in the high 30’s. If, despite all of these factors Romney still can’t ahead, he’s done. The best we can hope for is to take the Senate.

“Ras said no one (electorate) believes obama has any idea or ability how to improve the economy yet at the same time Romney has blown it to date by not giving enough detail on his plan to improve the economy or reduce the deficit (i agree with the latter)...”

This is exactly the correct analysis.

Romney did some good things in the RNC convention to highlight why to vote for Romney and rebut some of the Democrat smears. But not enough was done to tie Obama’s policies to the failure in the economy. Just telling people the economy is bad isnt enough... we haveto debunk the Clinton BS that ‘nobody could have done any better’.

That’s BS indeed, when you think of all the jobs killed when Obama said no to the keystone pipeline. The jobs lost with the Obamaare medical device tax. The jobs lost because overregulating community banks in Frank-Dodd is making small business loans harder, even while the wall st TBTF banks get favored treatment under Frank-Dodd; jobs lost because Obamacare imposes huge burdens on hiring now, forcing massive health insurance rate increases.

The list goes on. It’s a target rich environment.
