Yeah, I think that’s what gets me the most.
Taxpayers are getting pinched (and criticized) so they have to make sacrifices so that the takers can live “higher” than the “givers”.... at gunpoint.
Everyone likes to feel good about themselves. Giving to others makes one feel good. It is charitable.
Being forced by Government to ‘give’ is like being held up by a street thug. It is theft. That does not feel good, you feel violated
