CLEVELAND If you switched on a television in northern Ohio this week, chances are you saw an ad for President Obamas reelection campaign. Or two. Or three. Over and over again.
Mitt Romney? Nothing.
Obamas Republican challenger has spent much of the summer racing around the country gathering campaign donations to pay for advertising. And the legal restraints that kept him from spending money raised for the general election were lifted a week ago, when the party officially nominated him for president.
Yet for reasons that his advisors declined to discuss, Romney has ceded the advertising airwaves to Obama over the last week in Ohio and other battleground states...

Wisconsin, Michigan, and PA not being contested? I hope that is wrong.
“He is planning to pour his war chest into the largest “ground game”, “get out the vote” program in history.”
This is the heart and soul of the election process. Not glamorous, but the ground game is where an election is won or lost.
Anybody familiar with horse racing or cross country racing knows you sprint at the end, not the middle.
I wonder how many unemployed people will be helping get out the vote for Romney in this cycle too......
unless it is all in person appearances.

all my circle has been flooded with democrat candidate emails asking for this or that contribution for a money drop.
You also have these issue emails flooding out the mail boxes and text message political ads in full swing.
Don’t forget absentee ballots.
