Barack Hussein couldn’t be there so he did what Barack would have done.

I’d normally jump right in on this, but after checking the photo, it does seem to me like he is looking at his shoes. Or something under his shoes.

Look at the position of his feet. Toes up, slanted...

Anyhow, in the interests of honesty, I have to say that does not qualify as a “bow” to me.

" Morningstar honored the memory of the national leader and laid flowers to the monument.”

OK... so despite the picture, he didnt bow to the monument of a dictator... but he did honor it with flowers.

ya... that's much better.

If anyone has worked for the State Dept, as I have, they would know that the very, very, very strong majority of their employees and contractors(USAID) absolutely HATE the United States and everything it stands for.

They all love being in socialist/communist countries. Especially, since they’re there on the government dime, are certainly not forced to live as one of the population trying to survive and are above the law in most cases.

So, like Wasserman-Schultz, they all tend to live in a very liberal, progressive, socialist, communist alternate universe.

If there is a not a living dictator to bow to, a dictator statue will have to do.

Fearless Leader would approve.

I don’t understand why he placed flowers at the statue “of the great leader”. If you read the article, the statue guy was a commie as in KGB and high up in the party ranks.

This country is fighting for democracy and liberty and our ambassador honors a past dictator/communist. What the hell is wrong with this picture.

This administration has got to go, and now, or we will be bowing, scraping and kissing the feet of an Obama statue.

Unbelievable!!!!

Uh oh.
Dollars to donuts, I’m betting it’s a very sincere bow.

Here’s some research done by freeper Fedora which brings up Richard Morningstar:

“The newly appointed ambassador.....visited the monument to great leader in the park......honored the memory of the national leader and laid flowers to the monument.”

WHY??? (This gives a whole new meaning to: "Don't even go there.")

Despite Photo, State Dept. Says U.S. Envoy Didn't Bow to Statue of Dictator

BULL CORN!!! So, if he just bowed his head in respect and placed flowers; that's the same respect we pay at the "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier". What would I have done in that situation??? I know; I would have been busy that day and unable to stop by dictator-dude's tomb.

That's not a kowtowing bow of a lowly slave before a fat tyrant, this is:

Now THAT's a proper emasculating bow.
