Democratic officials confirm to POLITICO that President Obama's prime time address will be moved indoors to the Time Warner Center.
The Thursday address was scheduled to be at Bank of America stadium — an outdoor venue with more than 70,000 seats. But forecasts are predicting thunderstorms, forcing a last minute change in venue.

Lol I had completely forgotten that their first site for this was Charlotte Motor Speedway. They actually thought they could fill that here in NC.
The change of venue was for one reason, they could not fill the stadium. Unlike in the past they would not be able to fake it with camera angles because to many people are there with their own cameras.
The threat for rain on Thursday night has been steadily decreasing all week, but they wait until today to move it when the actual threat is only 20%. SMH
