Democrats are using one of Barack Obama's strong suits, that voters believe he understands the problems of ordinary people, to trump his weakest suit, the economy.
Michelle Obama played those cards with force in a speech declaring that after four years as president, her husband is still the man who drove a rust-bucket on early dates, rescued a coffee table from the trash and knows the struggles of everyday Americans because he lived them in full.

Neither of the Obammie Commies has ever been ‘down with the struggle’ that blacks who live in the inner city experience. Their reaction to making a wrong turn and ending up in the ghetto would be no different than that of any ‘typical’ white person.

One would think that the FLOTUS could take some diction lessons to speak the language correctly. Any time she says a word with the “str” string in it she pronounces it as “shtr” - as in “shtruggle” or “shtrength”. Or perhaps that just goes along with “boof” (booth) and “earff” (earth). For being the second smartest woman on earff (behind Hildabeast of course) I would expect better from her.

I said I would watch the entire DNC but I turned iy off around 8 or so becaUSE I just couldn't stand the same lies over and over.
And Michelle?
THAT POS threw more shit than the proverbial fan.
I walked out on her, too, and went to bed.
I know SunTzu instructs us to know our enemy but ... HE had interesting barbaric killers for enemies, not walking shitbirds.

I scanned her speech in the WSJ this morning. The thing that struck me is that she says her husband knows people are struggling because he gets letters from them. Letters???!!! Have they no unemployed relatives or friends? I see people - hardworking, honest people - whom I've known for years, using EBT cards to pay for their groceries. I (and many others I know) have helped struggling family member pay their monthly bills. I'm old and I live in a very comfortable neighborhood - upper middle class by most standards. I was an adult in the seventies. Things are as bad now as they ever were. This is a Depression and President needs letters to understand that?
I didn't watch her speech, but that line about receiving letters about hardship strikes me as very out of touch.

Strange, Barry did not even show up to work, he stayed home with the kids and sent his wife to make a speech for him at his election campaign. Reminds me of the wife calling in sick for the husband, cause he is hung over too bad for the third time this week.

Well then he should write a book about them. He could title it “My Struggle”.

My brother recently had a gall bladder attack. I know what that means...I've had one too. But I can say with 100% certainty that he wouldn't want me wielding the scalpel to fix his problem.
Barky can tell us from here to eternity how much he knows what struggle means. What he can't do is demonstrate that he has the qualifications to do anything about it.
