Considering the size of our country, these incidents are pretty rare, 1 or 2 every few years. They get so much exposure, especially with the internet, that when it does happen, it seems likee it happens all the time and is at epidemin proportions. I can’t see anything like what you suggest actually getting implemented.
Stu, I've read at least two news stories a month of such incidents, at FR this year. Maybe if you had school age kids (like I do) those reports would stick better in your memory.
This actually IS an epidemic. Why do you think I suggested that Congress investigate this situation? It's out of control.
