Could he have vetoed the bill with the defense cuts?? He can do anything he wants - He is King Obama after all.
Democrats love it when he ignores law and the Constitution.
Republicans don't have the guts to do anything more than set up another committee.

Good point. Without looking up the vote, it would seem so. There may have been a super majority since this thing was absolving them all of any responsibility.
