Those of you who listened to Rush yesterday already know this, but: Just as he was coming upon a commercial break, at one point in the broadcast, he closed out with this statement: "Latest poll shows 77 percent of Missourians forgive Todd Akin. He trails McCaskill by only one point. Hmmmmmmm.........."

I think I tagged him back a couple of months ago as a retread (or at least a troll.. the name rings a bell).

His online personality’ reminds me of when I first started online forums.. very thin skin and had to have the last word.. I am pretty much a lurker anymore and watch things as they unfold and try to avoid the trolls.
Lots of great FReeper Troll Detector-Outers doing most of the work ;)

Some trolls somehow manage to stay online here and even become resident trolls, like another one on this very thread... but he did come back more reasonable after an opus a couple of years ago.

Hmmmm doesn’t get it. Akin and I agree on almost all policy and I was prepared to defend him even though his remarks about raped women having immediate defense mechanisms against implantation were stupid. But the next day he could not answer the simplest questions from interviewers trying to help him. He’s a bad candidate and will likely lose, not because of one stupid statement, but because he will do poorly in a debate. Of course if Romney wins by a large margin nationwide he will be swept in but thats wishful thinking.

Thanks for the *ping* DV, I'm just shakin' my head at just WTH happened here, sounds like 'papa' suddenly turned crazier than a sh*thouse mouse. Threatening Cripplecreek? That would be a fool's errand, because Mr Creek is not only a class act, he is a bad mamma jamma, he would have stole papa's lunch money, had him shinin' his shoes, and sayin' "yes suh, I sho do respect ya now!".

We're going to see more of that insane sort of behavior between now and November 6th. Some people can't handle the pressure cooker. Papa was one of 'em.
