The empty chair could have been any Democrat and quite a few of their supporters too. I’m using that on someone I know, he knows the spending/debt is a serious issue, but still couldn’t bring himself to admit he’s going to have to vote Republican for Washington to address it.

I think Rush had a lot to say in that last segment about what separates liberal from conservatives.
It is like all liberals are deeply wounded emotionally.
