If he were gay and the guys slurred their sss’s while hitting him they would get 10 years minimum.

We were sold on bills that stated that people who were harmed because of race creed or color should be revenged more so than other victims. What we did not realize is at the end of the bill someone tacked on “whites need not apply.”

Of course it was a “hate crime.” But I never have agreed that a murder or a grievous assault is more serious because the perpetrators hated the victim.
