They didn’t “approve” it. There are almost a billion facebook pages. They took it down when it was brought to their attention.
Just did a search; looks like it was removed.
Remember, any asshat can create a page...if/when FB is notified a TOS has been violated, then FB can remove it.
I think it best to liken FB to a huge city...someone puts up an inappropriate placard or opens an illegal shop...once “the cops” find out about it, they remove it...
I’m not a huge fan of FB, but I do belong and have considered MANY times about leaving...but it does help me keep in touch with far flung friends. :)

On the night of November 6th, we will be snug in our rural Central Coast home, armed, and ready for the liberal riots that will break out because they lost the election. Good thing I’m on a well, cause they’ll most likely poison the water supply, and I anticipate the libs will disrupt the power grid, so we have a generator. My kids who live in the cities have taken vacation that week and will be home. Libs will be burning down their homes and cities in anger no doubt

Let’s not be too hasty. If Romney wins and then doesn’t stick to his conservative promises; Ann Coulter, I, and quite a few other conservatives voting for this guy may be joining a similar movement.
If he fails to deliver, it is either impeachment or public execution (after a constitutionally-guaranteed speedy trial by a jury of peers, of course).
