Mark Levin is clearly not happy with Akins decision, saying that he put himself over that of the country at a time when we are trying to win the Senate with the country at stake. And how we have to try and win the Senate with a weaker, wounded candidate who did it to himself.
But at the end of the day Levin says we still have to fight to beat McCaskill and if its with Akin, then so be it we must support him.

I would venture to say that what Akin meant with the qualifying "legitimate" term was violent or assault rape. "Date rape" and statutory rapes are all lumped in with the general statistics. Refined down to real, violent, non consensual rape and he's right...
don’t apologize I agree with you
If he is, he's rooted in solid Missouri soil.
And how exactly is she wrong?
How is that nuts? Rape is about control, not sex, impregnating a woman is one way of maintaining control over her long after the sex act is finished, studies have been done to confirm this and its part of standard abnormal psychology doctrine unlike what Akin has claimed which is just bat#$%$ crazy.
That PPP poll doesn’t matter much as you known in any case. I suggest you worry more about the lying Dems and silly McCaskill.
Let’s put our cards on the table.
If a woman is raped can she get pregnant?
Levin has a much better c.v. than insHannity. Levin has a whinney voice but is generally quite lucid on the Constitution (as opposed to you). Not as good as Rush at understanding and explaining the situations, but better at understanding and explaining the legal issues.
You? not so much...
I still think Akins could be used to bludgeon the DNCp, no matter what a Huckster he may be.
"In saying that women "shut down" pregnancy after rape, Rep. Akin unwittingly stumbled upon the concept that women's bodies reject unfamiliar sperm."
He is what he is. A candidate not ready for prime time and it’s costing us.
The Human body has all sorts of mechanisms that are poorly understood at best. There’s also a lot of individual variability.
So shouldn't Coryn send in some help to get him to be able to articulate his positions in a positive fashion?
+1

Akin was right after all --
In one move Atkins proves himself a moron, proves Romney is a eunuch of a candidate, and single hand-idly accomplished what Obama was struggling to accomplish... marginalize the entire republican party.
Akin meant rape rape. If he had used Goldie Whoopberg’s articulation he’d have been better off.
Then he’s a craven coward. He said what he thought until it looked like his precious Senate seat might be in jeopardy then he made a cringing apology and begged for forgiveness.
What a man.
YOU need to put the bong down.

Aiken is a city in South Carolina ... Todd Akin, on the other hand, is a self important fool.
