Aiken to be on Hannity after the bottom of the hour, any minute now.
Akin is a good man, but this was STOOOPID on a colossal level.
Think about that question
he’s the guy who played Sheriff Lobo on TV, right?
Full RINO rip and replace operation! Awesome. Maybe we should just co-nominate the Dem incumbant, then the press would spend at least 1/2 their time attacking her!
In 2000, Governor Mel Carnahan was elected to the U.S. Senate from the State of Missouri. He was, unfortunately, dead, killed in a plane crash prior to the election.
Since his name could not be removed from the ballot, his successor as governor promised to appoint his widow to the seat.
I hope you feel better getting that off your chest, but your response had nothing to do with the question I asked. Fortunately, the question was not asked of you, and the response I received made quite a bit more sense.
If he thinks the way he talks then good riddance to bad rubbish don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out !
That women can prevent (by an as yet undiscovered interuterine process) a pregnancy in case of legitimate rape. As opposed to illegitimate rape. Dr.Quack told me so.
Mr. Akin's lack of mental alertness is disturbing, and the democrats knew it, which is why they contributed to his campaign.
With his comments, Akin brought the Democrats caricature of your average old, white Republican clueless about female reproduction to life.
He was up by about 10 points in the polls, totally self-inflicted wound on his part, not sure what the heck he was thinking.
It appears that you are the only one that really “gets it”.
What a dumbass.
What exactly is unclear about the question? If he withdraws, can they substitute someone for him for this election? What are the state’s regulations on this?
Akin has made a gaffe that no Republican candidate can ever recover from. Yes, if he was a Democrat he would get a pass. A Democrat can say just about anything and the lamestream media will provide cover. It isnt fair, but life isnt fair.
It doesnt matter how good of a candidate Akin might have been. He is now toast. If he does not step down, then the Democrat will win the seat.
Plus, Akin will pull down conservative candidates all over the country. Every Democrat running for any office in the U.S. will be running ads with Akin as the poster child for the conservative war on women.

Actually, that’s not what I was concerned with. Every state has rules of some sort. Others report he has until tomorrow or the next day to leave!
We should ask MSNBC and Time Magazine, who his replacement should be.
I think that is a great idea. They may like that person better anyway!
Barack Obama is clueless about science as well. He was unwilling to concede that a fetus that survives a botched abortion and is gasping for air for HOURS in a hospital utility closet is ALIVE.
The press gave him a pass. Pro-death argument wins. It’s not about women’s bodies. It’s about never giving up an inch in the argument to killing kids.
