On "Fox News Sunday" Obama senior advisor Robert Gibbs works hard to dodge questions about Obama's Medicare cuts (August 19, 2012).

I heard somewhere that those cuts take place Jan 1 2013
That is what I’ve read several different times in the last week or so.
Obama Senior Adviser Dodges Questions About Impact Of Medicare cuts

apparantly Willard does too
And you got that from where? Did Gabriel appear and tell you that personally or did Mitt send you a special message?
Regardless, I'm betting that neither Mitt or any other Mormon wants to see you dead simply because of your (Infidel) Christian faith.
On the other hand, he who you apparently have no problem with his leading the country for another 4 years (there ain't no other choices) whether or not a "believer" in the Islamic faith, certainly shows every indication of favoring, if not supporting that misogynistic, barbaric, heathen, cult, Islam and its supremacist, Jihadist adherents.
And while I've yet to ever hear of any Mormon teachings/bible/leader call for enslaving or killing all Christians/Jews who refuse to convert, take some time and familiarize yourself about the religion of peace and see if you still feel the same about Romeny vs Obama: You will learn the true meaning of "HATE!"
A whole lot of these problems will become less if we get the economy rolling again and get the private sector hiring.
Until then, expect more of the same.
Gingrich of all the primary candidates had the best answer. The royalties from energy leases would in fact help some with the problem of medicare and a whole lot of other problems. The problem with that is, the money goes into the federal treasury, and we all know what happens from there.
The Kenyanistas don’t want to talk about Barry’s Medicare cuts or the economy. They’d rather talk about Romney’s tax returns. Romney’s tax returns don’t mean jack **** to normal, independent Americans. The only morons who care about the tax returns are commie ‘RAT politicians and the freeloaders who depend up the ‘RATS to use OPM to help the freeloaders continue their malingering lifestyle.
Wouldn’t matter, they would get preferential treatment! But, still you are correct. They should not have a different program that the rest of us. They vote for it, they live with it!
If, according to these people, the Mormon faith is a cult, then what does that make Obama?
I have several relatives who are Mormon, granted, it has some weird things to us in the mainstream faith, but they will help you in time of need more, and as much as any other faith.
The off shoots of the religion is another matter. That, and they are real buggers to deal with in business. They will stick it to you in a split second...of course Dutchmen will, and Amish will also.
I have dealt with all of them. And the worst is the Dutch by far, as far as dealing in business transactions.
I think that the amounts paid to doctors under Medicare will be reduced by 31% beginning in 2013.
Mr. RightField is on Medicare, and his primary care group has recently instituted online access for all his records. He can now pull up his test results, chart entries, etc. The doctor's office is encouraging patients to use the online information and access for many things that would otherwise require a phone call or an office visit, eg, we can now request prescription refills through the online access.
I guess this will help the doctor contain costs, and it is nice to be able to have access to information. But I wonder how hard it will be to get an appointment now. Fortunately, Mr. RightField has a new, young doctor who is still building her practice. But his previous doctor quit his practice right after Obamacare was passed. He was 58 yrs old at the time, and said he wasn't going to spend his last practicing years dealing with Obamacare . . . so he quit, moved to North Carolina and bought a small farm.
Ha ha! Gibbs thinks he will make insurance companies and providers more profitable by requiring preventive care? This is the logic of a moron. The fact is that we are at the tipping with Medicare in terms of provider margins right now. Adding regulation, that is more admistrative costs for the provider, will not reduce costs or increase value or efficiency. The regulation only adds costs while actually reducing quality and access.
If 0-care stands, the most acute problem for patients will be physicians dropping out of Medicare and other government payers (Medicaid, exchanges).
It probably only takes a loss of supply by 5-10% of physicians to create substantial access problems. Older physicians (60s) retiring early, physicians in their 50s dropping or restricting access for government patients, and younger physicians opting for hospital employed positions (lower salaries, lower productivity) could easily result in this type of productivity loss in less than a year. Don’t count on Medical schools to make up the difference soon because of the training time needed (4 yrs college, 4 med school, 3-7 yrs residency). Even NPs and PAs require 4 years of college and 1-2 additional years of training and they cannot replace specialists such as neurosurgeons, orthopods, cardiologists etc.
I think that as a research project, Gibbs shoud experience this problem first hand by becoming very ill and presenting himself for treatment in the UK under the care of a non-english speaking foreign born physician.
Unfortunately I am not a Conservative Purist and will vote for someone I don’t want rather than commit economic suicide.
Pray for America
Only a complete nitwit would make such a comment.
