Let's reward good behavior. Newsweek is apparently desperate to survive. We plan on buying this issue off the shelf. Might they get the message????
I did a Google Search to see the cover and read the story. DAMN.... this can’t help Prez dude. I’m shocked that Newsweek is even running the story much less making it a “Cover” story. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Maybe I’ll read the article in 4-5 years in the doctor’s waiting room.
I will give them no money, they won’t change in gratitude to us and have only done harm for years.
“Im sorry, but.... Im missing something here. Is there a link to this article. Im totally in the dark here.”

It’s on Drudge as well.....
Probably a last-ditch, panicked effort to try and save their magazine from going online only. I believe there was an article out there saying they had a plan in place to go online only in September because they were losing so much money on the print edition.
“Ill buy one just to encourage them to publish more stories like it.”
Thank you. That is the point I’ve been trying to make. Some here would turn away a loved one even after they had turned from their wicked ways. Out of spite I guess.......
Is that for real?
Is there another article that is so poisonous that they will put this article on the cover so as to get more people to read something that would serve their diabolical purposes? They could put out just a single article criticizing Obama, among hundred that lift him up, if they want to bait people into read something even more rotten to the core inside the mag. Watch for the old bait and switch tactic. I haven’t looked at the mag, but this scenario is possible with the dirty left. What are the other articles in the issue about, anything major?
Heck, I don’t plan on reading it. I want just want to tear the cover off and frame it.
If I see it - I’ll buy it... might as well send a message...
I don’t know what is in the rest of the magazine, but this article is a major point-by-point take-down of Obama’s failed record. It is a good read. http://www.thedailybeast.com/newsweek/2012/08/19/niall-ferguson-on-why-barack-obama-needs-to-go.html
I don't much care about 2016.....what I DO care about is that Bader/Ginsburg is in her 80's and the other lefties on the court are up there also.
THIS is what I care about.....Supreme Court dominance.
Proceed with extreme caution; this might end up for you as if you nuzzled up to Rachel Maddow and offered to throw her a bone.
Let them die. I for one will never patronize any liberal establishment that I can avoid. They began the war, let’s end them.
In cycling only one guy on the team gets to cross the finish line first. The sprinter. The others form a lead out and burn themselves to the ground one after the other to get the sprinter as far forward as possible to take the win.
Like the lead out riders, the leftist media totally sacrafice their enterprises to push their man over the top.
I don’t know what this article signifies but it is NOT, as you wisely note, an attempt to reform their ways and save their enterprise.
LOL - I’ll be careful...
Let them die a horrible death. Put them in unemployment lines, like the rest of us. Let them eat Ramen Noodles.
I keep seeing their “We’re All Socialists, Now” cover, after Bath-House Barry’s installation.
Screw them.
Socialists, liberals and progressives should NOT benefit from the capitalism they HATE so vehemently.
No. Don’t buy it, but quote the article extensively in response to liberals on various news sites. For example, even Newsweek disagrees with you: “.....”
This would accomplish two things. First, it give you ammunition from someone ordinarily on their side. This is often very effective. Think of the times when they do the same, stating that a Republican supports a liberal bill.
Second, by making liberals aware of Newsweek’s apostasy, you make it less likely that they will buy the rag next week or the week after that (or subscribe to the online edition), thereby accelerating its downward slide into oblivion, where it deserves to go.
But if you do come up with any copies of the issue, leave them in waiting rooms, face up, so that others see them. Don’t give them a single dime though; you’ll just be feeding the dog that bit you, and will bite you again at the first chance. Mark my words, they are going to get a ton of cancellations this week from their 99% liberal subscribers. Anyone who is not a confirmed liberal stopped reading Newsweek years ago.
Oh yeah, I’ll buy that issue.
But, wait, will it cost more than $1.00?
“DAMN.... this cant help Prez dude.”
No, no it can’t. Hey, if they ran it inside, OK, maybe. But that cover?
As others have pointed out, many (most?) folks only see the cover. They never read this article or any other article.
It is astonishing that Newsweek would have this as their cover.
