Haven't we been down this street already many times with the ANTI AMERICAN LEFT led by the FOREIGNER. We should know it well by now as REFUSE and CONFUSE Ave.. IMHO you have just identified why the Democrats are so frightened and why this Presidential Campaign will become so toxic.

The Democrats would dearly loved to have been able to haul multiple ex-Bush appointees and administration members before their, do I dare say kangaroo?, courts.

Since they wanted to do so they think that the Republicans also want to do so.

While the trail of paper and, hence, evidence mikes it more likely that ex-Obama officials should, could, can, and might be tried and found guilty of provable crimes I wouldn't expect that to happen. Imagine the 2000 Presidental Election Recount raised two orders of magnitude. Then, every election would be followed by show crimes a la Russia, China, Cuba, and most other “democracies” currently operating in the world today.
