The amazing success of Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day back on August 1, 2012 shows that if the Democratic National Convention includes support for same-sex marriage on the party plank, it could have a HUGE negative effect on Obama's presidential re-election chances. That could result in almost every state except the US Northeast and US West Coast supporting Obama in the Electoral College.

I wonder if Huckabee has given any thought to make this a monthly event. Chick-fil-a appreciation day the first of every month. Except when the first is on a Sunday make it the day before.

A factor in all this is Facebook.
I lost count on how many friends participated and I'm sure the behavior was self reinforcing by photos and stories.
Alas, I was at a location where the nearest Chick-Fil-A was 200 miles away.
But, yes that day something magical happened and it could have been better timed.

Went by Chick Fil a today and the parking lot was full, cars were lined up and someone was directing traffic. People are making sure the libs know we mean business. We are Americans living the American Idea, no matter what the libs and muslims want.
