I fry mine in coconut oil. Soft yolk, white firm with just a hint of brown crispyness.
Or else I cook it on a mess of hash browns. I add the eggs just after I turn the hash brown over.
I’m getting hungry just thinking of it.

Can we just get eggs and coffee reported as good for you in the same week? I’m not even asking for bacon, but when I turn 65 I’m eating bacon 3 times a day.

I’ve found that I can survive without sweets, and when I do eat them, I have to eat them very sparingly since your taste buds tend to adjust to life without sweets. When you do have them, the littlest bit does the most.
My “sweets” tend to come in the form of a pack of Splenda in a cup of iced tea.

I'm sick of this crap. I'm firmly convinced I'm not getting off this planet alive anyway.
How about a little common sense, moderation, exercise and just try to relax and enjoy life as God intended?

Complete bullsh*^. Low carb diets have proven over and over that eggs, meat, poultry etc are good for cholesterol, triglyceride levels and blood pressure. Read Dr. Atkins for gosh sakes. 100% agree. Eggs especially are high in HDL cholesterol -- the "good" cholesterol. If you don't ingest enough natural fat in your diet, your body produces its own cholesterol, and when it does, it creates LDL.
Eating eggs may not affect your total cholesterol levels much, but they will radically improve your HDL/LDL balance, which is far more important.

Not eating egg yolks is a quick way to end up blind from macular degeneration.
I recommend it for all food liberals.

I have a solution for this dilemma. Get some P.T. in that fat body!!
I will eat the eggs with the yolks.

The epoch of the egg is why I don’t listen to these dietary fads. Over the course of my life eggs have been good, and bad, good yolks and bad whites, bad yolk and good whites, at least twice each. Just silly.

The way I look at it, if God made an egg whole, don’t divide the white from the yolk. If God made milk whole, why trust the man made version of low fat with added sugar? If man made the food, distrust it to make you healthy. I am so fed up with these reports saying eggs are bad for us but eat whole grains. Like the post above said. Grains can cause some problems far more than eggs but they push those on us like crazy!

Haven’t read this article since this is about the 47th time in the past 20 years I’ve read about eggs causing or NOT causing arterial problems. Probably trying to justify their grant monies or payola from Big Pharma or the feds.
On a side note, about two years ago, I got five or six triple yoke eggs out of a carton of 12. I took pictures of them since this was such an improbable event.
