NO! I don’t David Petraeus, a great American, to go to DC and risk being corrupted by the slime crawling all over that place.

Fine with me.
Would much prefer him over Yawn Pawlenty.

Drudge wants to pick the VP? Since obama seemed to want to pick Romney’s VP for him, I say no...
To: Hugin
I agree. Ryan would be a good pick.

Boynkin is not BS'er. We've had enough of those. He is of strong, honest character, and a true American hero. He is also a devout Christan, a team player and a defender of life.
I'd vote for a Romney/Boykin team in a heart beat, otherwise, I'm unsure I will be able to vote for a Romney ticket if it doesn't include a strong pro-life VP.
Btw, I think Boynkin's communication skills are excellent. He has a great North Carolina accent. Since mine communication skills are A-typical, I'll defer to your observations. :)
Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin - Liberty University Convocation
If we hadn't abandoned God, perhaps he would have graced with such a man for President. For our sins instead, we've received an abomination.

No. No. The man is good. Military genius plus PhD from Princeton in International Affairs.
West Point top 5%. He is the kind of guy of Framers’ stock (Geo. Washington, D. Eisenhower, T. Jefferson).
He is for real.

I don't doubt that Patraeus is an excellent general, a patriot, a competent administrator, and knowedgable about world affairs. But that doesn't mean we would like all his positions on domestic and foreign policy and liberty vs, statism. He may be fine, but then again not. Until he actually articulates those positions, I can't say he would be a good choice.
