At least four people were shot just after 10 a.m. Sunday at the Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, and a police SWAT team entered the building before noon and brought uninjured people out of the building at 7512 S. Howell Ave.
Among those who were shot was the president of the temple.
People were in the temple as early as 6:30 a.m. Sunday and many more were arriving for a service that was to begin about 11:30 a.m.
There were reports that children were taken to the building's basement after shots were fired.

Maybe his girlfriend was a member of that Temple and he was seeking revenge..reminds me of the shooting that happened in Seal Beach, CA last year, deranged ex-husband of one of the salon workers went inside the salon, killed her, and 6 others inside the Salon, he didnt even know them but wanted collateral damage

WTF?? There is something very suspicious and weird about this. The guy rented an apt a week ago. Witnesses say more than one shooter. Media/gov won't give the dead shooter's name out. And now families can't get info?!?!? Is this just mental and emotional torture for the fun of being in control or what?
Sounds like the hearses have arrived to take the bodies from the Temple now......(per police scanner reports) Im guessing the medical Examiner wants to get POSITIVE ID prior to notifications?
Federal law enforcement officials told NBC News the suspected gunman had no obvious connection to domestic terror or white supremacist groups and apparently was not on any list of suspected terrorists. The suspect was in his early 40s, and while he had an arrest record, it was for minor offenses, one federal official said.
A law enforcement official told NBC News the gunman was dressed in a white T-shirt and black tactical-style pants, which had several pockets for holding ammunition magazines. He was armed with a single handgun, the official said. His name was not released but police say they have a tentative ID and were searching his home. The location was not disclosed.
Officials told NBC News the suspect, who served in the U.S. Army, had many tattoos. The suspect had some kind of radical or white supremacist views but, as far as officials said they had heard, he was not in any kind of radical organization. His previous run-ins with law enforcement involved in traffic offenses, they said.
