At least four people were shot just after 10 a.m. Sunday at the Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, and a police SWAT team entered the building before noon and brought uninjured people out of the building at 7512 S. Howell Ave.
Among those who were shot was the president of the temple.
People were in the temple as early as 6:30 a.m. Sunday and many more were arriving for a service that was to begin about 11:30 a.m.
There were reports that children were taken to the building's basement after shots were fired.
If the shooter waqs killed I don’t think they can release his name till his next of kin identifies the body.
WHich also poses the question....of how long the perp lived in the area...I mean it isnt as if he just figured out today that the men in turbins at the Temple were “Muslim” Geezuz.......and has lived there since say...............9/11/2001
Very strange..maybe CAIR already knows the name of the gunman and is gearing up for the backlash. They didnt issue a statement before the Aurora shooting, because they knew the shooter was not one of their own, maybe they got info that the shooter here is a Muslim(Or someone who converted to Islam)
If it turns out that this guy really did this, mistaking Sikhs for Muslims, then he was even more of an idiot who didn’t even know his own community. There’s a mosque about 3 miles NW of there on 13th and Layton.
Honestly, I don't have a dog in your Fox fight. But, I switched from Fox to CNN hours ago because Fox wasn't giving much coverage to this story. I just checked, and at this moment they ARE re-playing Chris Wallace's show, just as they always do at this time on Sunday. I'm not sure why your Fox TV is different from everyone else's Fox TV...but it is. Are you watching your local Fox affiliate?

Actually you would be surprised at how many Americans figure the dudes they see with turbans are Muslim, not Sikh. This is so 99% of time in the USA
Making it more confusing is that overseas Muslims do wear turbans in some cultures. Mostly the Afghans and wacki Pakis as far as I can tell. Also some of the high religious muckety mucks in Persia and Arabia. An American can see this on TV and get misled.
After the 9-11 attack, at least one Sikh was murdered because he was mistaken for a Muslim.

TV coverage is now showing a “house” swarming with LEOs, so maybe they’ll turn-up evidence in there. No one confirming it’s the shooter’s yet, though.
