St Paul addressed that point...think he said not to eat the food sacrificed to idols if the hosts makes a big deal of it or if it bothers your conscious. But not to worry about it if the host does not make a big deal about it and you are secure in your knowledge that idols are nothing.

But in this case its an ambush. If he dare go he should be both as shrewd as a wolf yet innocent as a dove. He need not eat any food sacrificed to idols there in any case.

Appreciate the clarification and expanding upon that subject Andy, I’m remembering that from Sunday School classes too many years ago, I need to refresh my memory a bit, thanks for that.
