Adam Smith, former CFO and treasurer of medical supplies manufacturer Vante, riled people up today when he put up a video of himself bullying a Chick-fil-A drive-thru employee in Tucson on YouTube.
Smith unsympathetically berates the worker in the video, which was initially titled ”Reduce $’s to Chick-Fil-A’s Hate Groups.” It has since been taken down (though other have uploaded it too).
”I’m a nice guy, by the way … totally heterosexual," he says to the worker. "Not a gay in me, I just can’t stand the hate.”
Smith has now been fired from his job at Vante. Here's the press release from Vante announcing that Smith is "no longer an employee of our company," effective immediately:

The best tactic would be to treat the offending couple to pointing and snickering - even open giggling, if you can work yourself up to it...

Probably thought his academic awards put him on a higher and more privileged plane than ordinary mortals. Instead what it shows is a narcissistic bully who believes his higher intellectual position negates the necessity of keeping the mores of civil behavior.

Is this an example of “free speech” protected by the First Amendment? Even bad ideas may be expressed legally. But there is more than just a bad idea the man’s video.
He may well have violated several laws and statutes when he entered someone else’s property to berate and bully a young employee who did him no harm (she deserves a medal for her patience and poise). His employers certainly have the right to question his good judgment and his suitability for employment. I would pity the poor students that would have him as an instructor in their finance classes.
If Obama (his white half) had a son, he would probably look like this guy.

Uh, there was... What a horrible reflection on the company, Vante, to have it's CFO making a jackass out himself by publicly supporting the militant faggot agenda. The company acted properly to protect its own self interests.
I feel sorry for his 4 kids. Hopefully, they have a stable mother, but if she’s married to that idiot, I wouldn’t wager too much on her common sense level.
There were reports of another removed video from his Youtube where he harassed a person carrying a cross for charity.
Poor Mr Smith. If he were at room temperature he might at least be eligible for the Darwin Award competition. As it is, he just plain loses.
