Gunmen shot dead a well-known comedian known for poking fun at Al-Qaeda linked Shebab insurgents in the Somali capital Mogadishu, officials and colleagues said Wednesday. Abdi Jeylani Malaq Marshale, in his late thirties or early forties, was killed late Tuesday, minutes after leaving Kulmiye radio station, where he worked as drama producer and performer. “Somali Comedian.”. Now there’s a phrase one doesn’t hear every day.
“Somali Comedian.. Now theres a phrase one doesnt hear every day.”
And might not hear again for a while, either.
“is the latest in a string of apparently targeted killings against media”

As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!

What the —ll ever happened to, “....but words can never hurt me”?
Ooooooh...those fun-loving moozlums. Can’t they take a joke? This gives new meaning to the phrase “Stop...you’re killing me.”
This man is the DEFINITION of courage. Remember that when the OWS types talk about ‘taking on the establishment’.
Or...the other side of that coin:
SILENCE! I keel you!
What shocks me is that they shot this guy instead of beheading him. Even Islamists need an enjoyable change of pace from time to time, it seems. Bob
RIP
