If you're participating in Chick-Fil-A appreciation day, please take a moment to post your experiences today here!
Do it.
I’m not going until after work but the Indianapolis lunch crowd has returned and they are saying the lines went around the building and you couldn’t find a space in the parking lot or any of the parking lots of surrounding businesses.
Just heard a news report on the radio that lines are out the door at CFAs here in Oklahoma, and it’s miserably hot today! Some people had to give up because they could not even get close to the restaurant.
May I suggest that if you can’t go to CFA today for whatever reason, how about if we make every Wednesday CFA Wednesday? If you are going to get a bite to eat on a Wednesday, make it a CFA day!
We will be heading there for dinner.
I live ‘next door’...I know there are a FEW conservatives there; but I am still surprised to see a number like ‘200’...wow.
Well, it’s probably not in North Dokata, either. ;-)
You could order some CFA merchandise at their online store. Just a thought.
Went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast on 86th Street in Indianapolis... Eight cars in the drive through, and the counter was very busy, the employees said they have never seen the morning so busy.
Awesome photo!
I am in Waco, TX and just got home from our Chick-fil-A. I started crying when I saw the amazing support for CFA! The drive through line was causing traffic delays and the people were waiting in line were wrapped around the building! The Cows should be happy as everyone is “Eating Mor Chiken!”
It was the same here in Greenville,SC! Trying to get near the building was impossible. I couldn’t even get into the parking lot at Noon...guess I will have to try again later.
The main road and the side street were backed up with traffic(suprised the police hadn’t had to come to direct) but friendly Chick-fil-a employee’s helping out. I wouldn’t be suprised if they didn’t set a record for sales today.
The lines appeared to be moving smoothly and people weren’t fighting or causing trouble.....(I would like to think that is because of friendly type people that visit Chick-fil-a) Unlike certain groups that gather to buy the latest Air Jordans.
Can’t get close to the store here in Plano, TX. Cars wrapped around the parking lot 3 times, and 30+ people standing outside the door waiting to get in. We go there often and have never seen it close to this busy. Will try again for dinner when I don’t have restrictions on my time. Hope they have food left.
North Point mall in GA: busy but not crazy.
Getting reports of lines wrapping around standalone stores.
No Chick Filet near me, but i did my thing by ordering gear off their site.
FU LIBS!!!!! all of you!!!!!
Still in line in Burlington Massachusetts. 30 min of waiting still about 50 people in front of me. Line well over 200 people now.
It’s looking like Obama is going to lose to a chicken.
Got “#3 with Coke” and brought it back to company break room.
“You got Chick-Fil-A.”
“Yup.”
“Ya know, there’s something special going on today about buying CFA.” [obvious veiled reference; he’s not dumb]
“Golly, really? Whodathunk it. How about that. Huh.” [grin]
Several others obviously noticed and didn’t comment.
Reporting from Fort Worth,Texas! Lines coming out the door and cars around the block in the drive thru! The place was packed! People leaving with huge bags of food and gallons of tea! Still it was efficient and organized given the huge numbers of people and vehicles. Food is good.
The sleeping giant has awoken! I saw people of all racial and ethnic stripes too! There were Mercedes and beat up pick up trucks in line...no great class divide here.

Thanks...again, I cannot say how good that made me feel to see those smiling people, patiently and uncomplainingly wating in line to make a point.
And that is clearly what it was.
There was no more than one or two people at any other establishment in that food court.
There are people who care up here, contrary to what many Freepers think.
