By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, to restore the country to its role as the global leader in education, to strengthen the Nation by improving educational outcomes for African Americans of all ages, and to help ensure that all African Americans receive an education that properly prepares them for college, productive careers, and satisfying lives, it is hereby ordered as follows:

This same proposal includes race based school discipline that favors black students. Apparently, only black students come from dysfunctional homes, rough upbringing, poverty. Black politicians and other blacks in the media spotlight keep telling their peeps that they’re worthless and can’t manage life without help from the government - and the majority of the targeted blacks keep on believing it. More proof that liberals are extraordinarily racist.

It ties the communists in with ayers and dorne and obama and obama’s granparents and their communist party associations with frank marshall davis and others and get this... obammy's grandpappy was tied in with valerie jarret’s grandfather who was a communist and was investigated by the dim Senate Committee formed to investigate UnAmerican Activities in 1944.

The lists that the dims are using to commit voter fraud by sending voter registration forms to dead dogs and illegal aliens and dead voters... are coming from a left wing company owned and operated by harold ickes and this same company is used by the justice department to compile lists to sue states for implementing voter fraud laws (Texas proved the lists were bogus and won their case)... and at the bottom of every pile of sh!t... lies another dimrat party communist with ties back to pre WWII communist groups and parties. There will be hangings one day... if America survives... treason lives in DC... it is the prevalent power there. "Some" of these enemies have an R behind their name... ALL those with a D behind their name are in on it.

What's so infuriating is that they themselves foul their nests, then point the finger at majority white schools for not having the problems on the same scale, "integrate" the majority white schools at great cost and inconvenience, then have the same problems all over again. Rinse and repeat.

They're doing the same thing to deal with the hate crime of white flight-giving out Section 8 vouchers so the criminal element can move their dysfunctions into the midst of majority white neighborhoods where the original residents had to actually work and pay for their quality of life. The neighborhood declines, those who can sell and move away, sometimes at a loss. Rinse and repeat.

But we racist whites just won't leave the poor oppressed minorities alone!
