Jim....What's His name... Taking the flip side of this... Rush and Jim are on first name terms.

I listened to parts of that segment. Rush’s correct percentage just dropped a bit. How got all kinds of things wrong in that segment. His knowledge of computer history is terrible.

That kook fringe compuserve ISP cost me my first FR identity when they gave my email address away to one of their buddies.
I wonder if it was my FR activities that inspired them?

I bet JimRob is thankful for the free advertising (Rush is not stupid- he knows he sent a few thousand hits this way today)

Rush and Olbermann should share mnemonic techniques for remembering names.

I heard Rush today, too. When he said Jim from FreeRepublic but couldn’t remember your last name, I yelled at my radio, “robinson!”. But he did say the Freepers would give him heck for not knowing, and he recognized that Jim did not just give up and “made it on his own” DESPITE of, and not BECAUSE of the government.

What is really, really amazing about Free Republic is we can go from a discussion of Limbaugh and his mention of Jim Thompson, to a total techno-geek discussion of computers. There are a whole bunch of very smart, experienced folks here who make the site what it is. Now class, compare and contrast us with leftist cesspools like Kos and DU.......
