Office Depot is the latest in the American Family Association's crusade against LGBT-friendly companies. That's because Office Depot announced earlier this month that:
Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) is proud to announce a partnership with Born This Way Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Lady Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, that is dedicated to empowering youth and inspiring bravery.
The partnership, kicking off during the back-to-school season, will provide students, parents, and teachers with insights and limited-edition products that support Born This Way Foundation’s mission of helping to encourage today’s youth to grow up feeling confident about their individuality.
The American Family Association (AFA), which believes that "a culture based on biblical truth best serves the well-being of our nation and our families," claimed in an action alert issued today that "Office Depot is guaranteeing $1 million to help indoctrinate your children that they are born 'gay.'" AFA instructs its followers to send letters to Office Depot that say,
Office Depot's support for the "Born this way" campaign is terribly irresponsible.
There is zero credible evidence that people are born gay. Homosexuality is a poor and dangerous choice, and has been proven to lead to a litany of health hazards to not only the individuals but also society as a whole.
By backing this social agenda, Office Depot is deceiving our nation's young people into accepting a lifestyle that has proven to increase their chances of becoming victims to alcohol and drug abuse, depression and even suicide.
I urge Office Depot to drop this campaign and leave the raising of children to their parents.
The Florida Family Association, behind a campaign that encouraged home improvement retailer Lowe's to remove its ads from the "All-American Muslim" reality show, is also furious about Office Depot's partnership, demanding to know "What’s brave or kind about telling thousands of sexually frustrated teens that they were Born This Way when a high percentage of them would have ended up taking the straight heterosexual path for life?"

Home Depot should worry more about selling post-it notes than pandering to 2% of the customer base.

I have already called the manager of my local Office Depot and the national headquarters of Office Depot to inform them that I will no longer being doing business with them. I hope that all of you will also.
I no longer do business with Home Depot, J C Penny, and Sears for similar reasons. They all know it.
If our nation is to be saved, then Christians will have to do it. We must be willing to confront these evil people and their supporters. There isn’t much time left so act now and mean what you say.

Gaga needs a Baga over her head/body. I doubt any decent parents want her influence on their child or children.
