On Cavuto now. Judge Napalitano explaining Obama's latest assault. He has ordered Holder to sue every Republican governor, claiming that their states' early voting rules are unconstitutional in that they "confuse minority voters." The judge claims this is a bald-faced move to drain Repub states' funds to defend against this frivolous tyranny. Also expected to make it more difficult for Red states to determine the winner of the presidential election as the count may also be held-up in court by Holder.
What an insult to minorities.. Hey, The president thinks you’re stupid.
They are relentless. Diabolical.
There is already blood in the streets; the Obamamedia™ just isn’t reporting it. Chicago glows red every weekend.
Article II as modified by the 12th Amendment is not justicable. It sets out how the Prez is elected, and it is via the State legislatures and Congress.
Holder can attempt to muck things up in the courts, but the States determine via statute how Presidential electors are appointed.
There isn't a d@amn thing Hussein and his thugs can do to stop the electoral votes from being counted in accordance with the Constitution.
You mean there'll be more blood in the streets. They're already warming up.

It’s been obvious from the beginning that Obama will do anything he can, use any tool he can, say anything he can, to retain power. The Justice Department under Holder is completely at his beck and call. He’d probably like to use the military more, but that is too risky — for now.
The man is the most dangerous demagogue ever to curse the nation. Clinton was a naughty boy compared to him. The Republic is in more peril now than ever in our entire history.
If not, it’s getting very close. At the brain level of the services, there are a lot of Majors, Lt. Cols and Cols who still take their oaths seriously.
The Constitution of the United States is in peril. They are sworn to defend it.
What Good Can a Handgun Do Against an Army.....?

It’s not about making sense, it’s about draining enemy resources. Doesn’t matter whether the cases are thrown out in short order, his enemies have to expend time & resources combating the charges.
The Right keeps falling into the trap of engaging in polite rational discussion with an opponent who has already moved on to the next battle.
The House should arrest Holder but the establishment RIONs will not do it.
If we had two parties instead of one that pretends to be two, he’d be in jail now.
"Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000), is the United States Supreme Court decision that effectively resolved the dispute surrounding the 2000 presidential election in favor of George W. Bush.?
Oh yes there is. Just take some dispute or many disputes to court. Now that we know Roberts is really a progressive the GOPs' chances in the SC will not be good.
Cavuto had the answer: “Tell minority voters to vote on election day!” Of course, he was being racist...
I long ago predicted there was to be Obama-engineered-never-ending court battles to steal the election if they can’t resurrect enough dead people to head to the polls and pull the lever for ‘em. Their intentions were telegraphed early on. (See Floriduh)
There may not even be an election.
FUBO!
Yall come on down. We’d like to talk to you.
There may not even be an election.

As CCR said:
Hope you got your things together.
Hope you are quite prepared to die.
Looks like we’re in for nasty weather.
One eye is taken for an eye.
Not only deny this thug another term but continue to vet him even when he’s out of office. He will NEVER go away.
Article II, “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to . . . “
Bush v. Gore resolved nothing. As per Article II, there was nothing to resolve.
FL sent in its electoral votes as per statute and the Constitution. No court decision could change that then, and no court decision can affect future State submissions of electoral votes.
The Framers got this clause right. They kept Congress out of the Presidential voting process, and the President out of the vote counting process.
Oh, and there is no room for Scotus either.
