In NK, a man with the stature of Ri is allowed to keep his post even if he is incapacitated due to his illness. You won't say publicly on state media that he is removed. Unless Chia Junior decided to purge him. If even Ri gets an axe, few people in NK must feel safe, however high one's position is.
