ELKHORN A second boy is accusing a former Big Brother Big Sister volunteer of repeated sexual assault, according to an amended criminal complaint filed Wednesday.
Rodney J. Meiller, 51, town of Lafayette, was charged Wednesday in Walworth County Court with a third count of repeated sexual assault of a child based on allegations of a 14-year-old boy.
The allegations follow Meiller being charged June 29 with two counts of repeated sexual assault of an 11-year-old boy.
Meiller appeared in court by video Wednesday from the Walworth County Jail, where he is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
The 14-year-old met Meiller in 2004 or 2005, according to the amended criminal complaint. The boy told a Walworth County sheriff's detective he was at Meiller's former home, a duplex on Potter Road, when he was first sexually assaulted in two incidents, according to the complaint.
After the defendant moved into a second duplex in the town of Lafayette, the 14-year-old saw Meiller regularly, staying overnight at the residence almost every Friday night until the summer of 2010, according to the complaint.
The boy said he was sexually assaulted almost every time the two were together, according to the complaint. The complaint does not indicate how the 14-year-old met Meiller.

Big Brothers-Big Sisters of America Inc., the organization that for nearly a century has provided adult mentors to help kids from single-parent families, has imposed a new rule that demands that all 500 U.S. affiliates sign up for homosexual mentors or risk being kicked out of the program."You cannot discriminate against a person based on race, sex, sexual orientation," said Khush Cooper, a lesbian and longtime big sister.
Cooper said she's as good as any straight mentor and supports mandatory inclusion of gays because it helps stop prejudice.
"I dont think my being gay or lesbian affects how I can teach a kid how to ride a bike or how I can help with their geometry at school. It just has no bearing on it," she said.
But critics are not so convinced.
"It's another case of political correctness gone wild," said Peter Sprigg, senior director of Culture Studies at the Family Research Council.
Sprigg said sexual preference must be taken into account when considering role models for children.
"They don't allow adult men to serve as mentors for young girls and presumably that is in large part because of the risk those mentors might view those children as potential sexual objects. So it makes no sense whatsoever to allow homosexual men to serve as mentors to young boys," he said.
Sodomites are grossly disproportionately paedophiles, and the sodomite paedophiles seek out programs like this and any others involving children they can get into.
A decent civilization cannot tolerate the sodomite lifestyle.
While it's true that homosexuals are over-represented in child molestations by a staggering amount, how does it even get to that?
How does your sexual orientation factor into being a role model?
“Hi, I'm your new big brother, Jeff, and I like having sex with anonymous strangers in public rest rooms.”
or
“Hi, I'm your new big brother, Mike, and I like having sex with women who have blonde hair.”
Are either of those statements even vaguely appropriate?
Very well said, it just seems like it goes from bad to worse.
That is BS, because they do. I called once about becoming a big brother. The first thing they ask was about my race, said they only needed blacks, because all the kids that needed help were black.
When I told them it made no difference to me they said it did to them and hung up.
I’m kind of confused by the point you made (?). While neither statement is “appropriate” for a Big Brother to relay to a mentored child - the concern should be more toward what the Big Brother might actually do to the child (molest).
Ahh! They got their “rights.” Now we see what they do with those “rights!”
Homosex is pedophilia period. Our deceased neighbor lived long enough to learn that his two daughters are lesbians, who were indoctrinated by their Nanny.

Im certain that if only gays were allowed to adopt this would solve the problem,,,Oh wait they are allowed to adopt,,,,”s”
This 2002 piece said it all. But did they listen? Thanks for posting that!
“How does your sexual orientation factor into being a role model?”
I don’t think a big brother should be introducing or talking about sexual topics with their little brother at all.
The problem is, homosexual men are the ones who are sexually attracted to boys. Therefore, they should not be in intimate, trusting relationships with them. Because they have a tendency to get sexual with boys, whereas heterosexual men don’t.
Similarly, straight men should not be mentoring teenage girls. I’d not let a grown man squire my teenage daughters around. That would be nothing but weird.
Interesting, the perp in this case appears to be lily white.
I guess he got a pass.
Poor kids, seriously. You are in a situation where you need a mentor male in your life and America hands you a faggot.
Any man who is 40+ years old who never got married should not be allowed to volunteer in a program directed toward children, period.
And here I thought that being a Big Brother was just a way to find a future ex-wife.
This is behind the big push to allow homosexuals into the Boy Scouts (as Scouts and Scout Leaders).
It will be a two-fer:
1. Provide a huge pool of boys to molest [on camping trips and such]
2. Decimate the ranks of the [conservative] Boy Scouts when parents say “No thanks”.
Stated another way, I could see where it would be prudent not to allow a homosexual into the program.
If BB wanted to be neutral on the topic, I think that’s a dangerous idea, but I could understand it.
If someone is so open about their sexuality that BB knows about it, that’s a problem. I work with a couple of women who I strongly suspect are homosexual, but I don’t KNOW it, because they don’t tell me about it.
I’m not sure I’m expressing my thoughts well...
