Actually, blogs can claim copyright too. And the copyright notice need not be present.In many cases, though, blogs are rather ironic in this regard. I've seen them lift copy outright, and I've seen them consist of little more than links.

Seriously? Half of this thread is nothing but talk about too little being excerpted? Over the years, the exact opposite has been the problem and folks called lazy if they posted without reading the article first.......very strange.
Back ON topic: Zimmerman's account of the incident has been proven pretty accurate by the evidence and the initial investigation found not enough reason to file charges. We also know that there was a concerted effort, from the outset, to make up reasons to put GZ behind bars!
