Not sure what it means coming from someone who filed an RO against him and had one filed against her, but according to her, he would not initiate a confrontation, especially a physical one.

I believe because the case is no longer "pending" but "closed" because the FBI found no evidence of this being a race crime. That means that there was no evidence of "profiling" as was the accusation in the state's affidavit.
Cops.
