The only thing I see on Roomey behalf is the Koch Brothers ads.

Roomey needs to address the voters as the Communist Team Obama is defining Roomey without a responce or attacks on Obama.

Its seems I seen this picture before

Just keep saying “there is no free lunch” over and over again to drive the point home.

The wealthy cannot pay for this entire bill. They do not have enough.....therefore, the middle class must pay so we can continue to give away things to the growing class of people already receiving unemployment benefits, disability benefits and food stamps.

Don’t Blame Roberts, Blame Obama

Sorry, it is Roberts fault. Obama is a Confirmed Socialist. Roberts deviated far from the Constitution.

but we have the FIRST DARK SKINNED PRESIDENT, therefore, NONE of this matters!

Besides, if it causes any hardship, clearly it is Bush’s fault!

Anything that goes wrong up to 100 years from now will be Bush’s fault.

I have a different view of the Roberts decision on Obamacare. I am actually happy that Roberts voted the way he did. Why? Because, the approval decision by the Supreme Court, insures that not one employer large or small will hire one new employee unless it is absolutely essential to the survival of their business.

Not knowing the deadly cost impact of this nightmare that Obama foisted on the nation, will cause a major holdback in hiring new employees until after Obama is defeated. It is amazing to me that the four liberal “dirt bags” on the court fell hook, line and sinker for the Roberts ploy!!!

Maybe Roberts really isn’t the turncoat we think he is!!! We will soon find out, come November 6, 2012!!! If you have any inkling of a brain, you will vote to defeat Obama and the entire Democrat Party!!!

I blame Bush.

For turning over the office to someone not constitutionally eligible!

Roberts has plenty of culpability.

He wrote his opinion with only himself. All the other disagreed with his reasoning.

To those who claim Roberts was playing chess while his detractors were playing checkers, I suggest that you work on completing that analogy by comparing the opinions of Roberts against Thomas, Scalia, Kennedy and Alito. Roberts was playing tiddlywinks. Or beer pong.

elected officials can never again claim that additional money going to government is anything other than a tax.

Is this guy even listening to what obama and co. are saying right now? This is exactly what they are doing. They keep denying it's a tax. The GOP's fatal flaw is they really believe the Democrats follow rulings. For them, SCOTUS is just a means to an end. The 4 liberals didn't sell their souls, they collected Roberts'. If by some miracle Romney wins, there's no reason Robert's shouldn't be impeached and thrown out.

I think I agree that it is Republicans job to defeat this, just as it was Dems to pass it into law.

Many Republicans thought they could get the SCOTUS to do it so Republicans could avoid getting any blame for doing it.

he told Americans that “You elected these people, they are your representatives, and you have to live with their actions.”

Not if their actions are unconstitutional, which is what you are supposed to determine, Mr. Roberts.

No, this country was destroyed by a communist and a republican Judas appointed by George W. Bush.

Those are the facts.

What Roberts did was call it a tax, which it is.

He also states that using the Commerce Clause to justify any restrictions IS unconstitutional. This is VERY important in a lot of respects.

Take the National CCW Bill. This would be a conforming of 'the several states' to uniform recognition of other states CCW laws.
A real plus, right? If passed in the form it is in, CONGRESS would have the option to regulate it(certain carry, transportation, specific types of weapons permissible) and creation of a database, based on the states records of gun owners. And ALL of that could be done using the Commerce Clause to implement.

Secondly, the MANDATE is struck down, defanging OblunderCare from its funding. But the tax is still in place you say? Wait until it is implemented, the lawsuits about Equal Protection will reach the courts and that will kill it, unless Congress acts.

The Medicaid coercion is struck down. You can't hold states hostage for Federal money if they don't expand MC coverage, which also raises taxes.

There was a LOT that was good in Roberts ruling. The argument about not being able to bring the case to the Supremes because the 'TAXING' doesn't start until 2013 is now in play.

This is just my two cents.

What Chief Justice John Roberts did was tell the truth, and now we can move forward. This is all on Chief Justice Roberts. ...Roberts did do two major things in his opinion. First, he stated the court has limited powers to control the legislative branch. In effect, he told Americans that “You elected these people, they are your representatives, and you have to live with their actions.” Second, he put a stop to the damnable lies about taxes. ...Politicians lie all the time ... calling them fees, dues, excise fees, duties, levies, or something else. Roberts just confirmed what we all know: if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck – it is a duck. ...now we can have an honest debate about the value of the Affordable Care Act, which, frankly, is a complete fraud. ...Now we must convey how deceptive this law is at its core. ...We now have a moment of clarity. ...Justice Roberts has given us that opportunity. If we cannot accomplish this goal, we deserve to lose the election – a loss that would put an end to the America we know.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Winston Churchill famously pointed out this inescapable truth: "If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

The only peaceful way to peace is through knowledge. None less than the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court has risked his entire career to show Americans the way to a peaceful resolution of this terrible problem.

The least we can do is study his ACTUAL teaching:

How Chief Justice Roberts Saved America
