No -- you are wrong. It is up to the prosecution to try to prove that and it still is only part of their problem.
All Zimmerman has to prove is that he felt fear for his life when that thug was on top of him, bashing his head into the concrete, and covering his mouth so he couldn't breathe or call out for help. And the last straw would be when he reached for the gun and told him that he was going to kill him. Slam dunk for shooting him in self-defense.
Or you could explain this, how did zimmerman, according to you, have blood covering 45% of his head before the first punch was thrown?
Who said it was "before"??? Have you been smoking something??? The EMT testified to it. It's part of the court record.
And, why was zimmerman out of breath from running for ten seconds? Who was he chasing?
It's a matter of the court record from the 911 call that TM had run and GZ couldn't find him to follow him half way through that 911 call. Whatever "chase" there was was over rather quickly as TM had run away and GZ was told he did not have to follow him. And from that point on the tape there is a conversation between GZ and the dispatcher for about 2 minutes until they hang up. It is a matter of court record. The call ends with TM having run away 2 minutes earlier and GZ not following.
Please explain what anything Tracy Martin ever said to anybody has anything at all to do with what happened that night.
Because he lied to the police and they caught him in a lie from the first conversation and that should have alerted them that something was wrong.
Until you can post proof that what you say about martin assaulting zimmerman then you are engaged in nothing but speculation. Got any? No, you don't.
Just admit it...man up and say, "No, I don't have proof that what I say is true." ---- I bet you are not honest enough to do it.
No proof that martin attacked zimmerman ---- that's why you spend hours digging around looking for anything inconsistant that can be tied to the martin family.
The sad thing for you is that absolutely nothing that they or anyone else on the planet ever says or does will ever have anything to do with what happened...they were not there.
