Since Roberts rewrote the law making it into a tax, it would seem like it could be argued that it should have originated in the House... but alas, I’m not a lawyer. Maybe the author, Tad MacKie knows more about this than I do.
We must get this to Judge Roberts, immediately! When he sees it, he's going to slap his forehead and say, 'Of course!! How did we all overlook this? Let's try 'er again!'
