Daniels asks the court, among other things, to issue an injunction against Obama’s name appearing on ballot until it is determined that he is using a proper Social Security Number.

I give up. Why is this important? I don't see how the SS# itself is relevant to the ballot.

Most Democrats agree with you.

you don't see why a president (candidate) using a fraudulent SS # would be relevant?

Research E-Verify and see what that says about Social Security Numbers that don’t match the user and the ability to work in the US.

Because using a fraudulent SS# is fraud and that number belonged to someone else. He used that number to obtain DL’s and probably to obtain loans, etc. Just guessing as that might be relevant reason.

Can you make a few guesses why it might be relevant?

Read the next sentence. It says that a fraudulent SSN is a violation of both the Federal and State Constitutions, which would preclude FUBO from running again.
I guess we will see if there is a real judge in Ohio.

Look up "Harrison J. Bounell", an alias of Obama (how many presidents have had an alias, or several in the case of Obama?). The only reason people use phony/stolen SSN#'s is for nefarious purposes.

They nailed Al Capone on tax evasion.

How many law enforcement agents did Capone murder compared to Obama’s tally of Fast+Furious murders?

This filthy moslem communist criminal is dirtier than Capone.

And his paper trail proves it.

Capone never betrayed the United States.

That’s a hint why Omoslem’s stolen SS# is important.

You seriously don't see what difference this would make?

Then ask yourself, who needs to steal a social security number?
