If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate. Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number. Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework. In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention “that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number

“An intensive investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security number (SSN) is being used by President Obama:

Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, immigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (Obama’s current SSN) on or about March 1977.

Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut . Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among only a select few reserved for Connecticut residents.

Obama never lived or worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042. None whatsoever!

Now comes the best part! Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii , where he died. Conveniently, Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals.

The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig’s death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.

The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. Citizen, either because he was born in Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro simply scoured the probate records until she found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and selected Mr. Ludwig’s Connecticut SSN for Obama.”

I have stopped giving and using as verification the last four digits of my SS with anyone requesting those last four digits. I offer that person requesting that information an affidavit to sign stating they will take all responsibility for the theft from their company of SS numbers. I have had no takers, therefore I do not give the last four digits to those requesting that information.

At a certain well-known West Coast department store, I went shopping for shoes. The store clerk told me that if I had an account there (I did, but don't use it much) I could reserve a pair that would soon be on sale. He asked me for the last five digits of my SS number. I protested, asking if my account would be enough. No, he wanted the last five digits -- he changed it to six. I said no thanks and walked off. I don't need the shoes that badly. The clerk said if I called in my order I'd be asked for the digits anyhow. The whole thing sounded fishy.

I filed my taxes, done with Turbotax, electronically in April 2011. I got an email the next day saying my return had been rejected because someone had already filed using my SS#, and that I would have to paper file, with a cover letter explaining why. I did, and called LifeLock, the Soc. Sec. Admin., the SEC, the police (to file a police report), the IRS, my state DOR, my Congressman, my broker and my bank. I got my refund in November!!!

This year, Mr. Shulman, head of the IRS, was on CSPAN one night at a Congressional hearing on this, apologizing to a bunch of victims, and promising to fix things by sending everyone a special pin number for future use. Sure enough, I got a pin number for use this past April. When I tried to file electronically, the pin # did not work. I then spent a day on the phone with the IRS, to no avail. And their online websites did not work, either. I paper-filed again, and called my Congressman. He has been working on it and has been told I may get my refund by the end of July. It is large. I hope so.

The best thing to do is file early so that someone else cannot beat you to the punch. That is not possible for me . . . for various reasons, I can never file until at least March. It might help you to have an accountant do your taxes and file for you. I don't know. But, of course, the one other thing you can do, which I am now forced to do, is to withhold less from my paycheck; I will put the extra take-home pay in a separate fund for paying taxes when I have to. I certainly cannot trust the IRS.

Given the response of courts elsewhere, it is unlikely that Daniels will find satisfaction in Geauga County or from the Republican secretary of state.

I'm not holding my breath on that or when CNN will pick up the story.

She should have tried to get in contact with Bounel's family as they would most likely have his records or could get them... unless they are obots.

Look I hate Obama intensely but I can’t jump on every conspiricy boat. The zip code explaination seems extremely plausible they are nearly identical other then a 0 or 9.
A typo seems very likely and reasonable.

Chain emails aren’t exactly reliable either.

It seems that anything with reference to the character known as obama is missing...Funny as a military veteran....my fitness reports are still available from military service in the 70’s, but nearly any record of obama is “UNEXPECTEDLY” missing. Strange...yes...very strange indeed. Even some of his public statements seem to unexpectedly get scrubbed from internet sites.

This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963,(”On 12 December 1964 the Republic of Kenya was proclaimed” from Wikipedia)two whole years after Obama’s birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “ British East Africa Protectorate”.
3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is “Kapi’olani Maternity Gynecological Hospital “. This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called “KauiKeolani
Children's Hospital” and “Kapi’olani Maternity Home”, respectively. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospitaluntil 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
