then and only then will I give him props.Well smell you. I'm sure you just gave the Romney team an anxiety attack.

Better he should join the mob and shoot from the hip without even being asked, when every bleacher bum in the park is yelling and screeching, and look like an insipid internet ninny with impulse control problems.
Just like his senior advisor Eric Fehrnstrom who went on PMSNBC and said that Romney considered that it was a penalty, not a tax? And now Romney is having to flip-flop again?

LOL, some of you seem to be blowing this tweet by the CBS reporter completely out of proportion.
Here is Romney’s full statement about the supreme court decision (from 6 days ago):

Romney went as far as he could without personally offending Roberts, whose good graces he may need for eight years. Romney had previously said that he agreed with the dissent. He also gave no credence to the spurious observations about Roberts limiting the Commerce Clause which some might have expected from him. Finally, he avoided the puerile "it's a tax" demagoguery.
Romney responded well to this decision. I am pleasantly surprised.

Yes, I heard that at the time. He wouldn’t say that ObamaCare violated the Constitution, but would agree that it was bad policy.
That (of course) was the predesigned pubbie talking point. It was everywhere.
Then we got the meatheads that were trying to sell the crapola that John Roberts was a genius chess player and all of us were imbecils.
Then we got harumph and garumph and let’s turn back to the economy.
It’s not like we don’t follow this stuff, BC.
NOW, Romney is able to say that it’s “not based on the Constitution.”

If he has any ex-McCain advises, they need to go. People want someone who will fight to win.

You only need to clarify something when it is not already clear.
Why Romney, this late in the game, is still flailing around trying to clarify his position on an issue that should, for any reasonable person, be crystal clear, is a mystery.
Well, actually it’s not a mystery.
