Here's the CNN clip:
http://cnnpressroom.blogs.cnn.com/2012/07/02/dnc-chair-tells-cnn-health-care-is-a-penalty/?iref=allsearch
From her mouth: "It's not a tax".
The Internal Revenue Service would be the easiest enforcer of penalties against those who refuse to comply for those who fail to not pay the tax that isn't.
This is a penalty that will be assessed on the tax return if you choose to roll the dice and make us all pay for your being irresponsible and increase all of our health care costs...Were not going to tolerate that any more in America. You have to be responsible and you have to pay a penalty if you choose not to be..."

“I just hope there other ways to confirm or deny what snopes.com says.”
Get the bill number and look it up at
thomas.loc.gov
Let’s let the liberals rejoice in getting an extra buck out of every hundred from the atm. This is ridiculous!
That is not going to go over well with people who are already underwater.
Good post...............
I don't know about that. This was a subject on the KLBJ morning talk show last week and one of the hosts is a FReeper. Do not trust anything at snopes.com as truth.
Realtor document regarding real estate sales:
Arrowhead1952
Where did you see about the bank transaction tax? I had heard HR 4646 was not out of committee.
To the person who posted about taxes not being collected yet: Political Junkie Too
Taxes being collected now - Death Panel Tax - New fee coming for medical effectiveness research
http://news.yahoo.com/fee-coming-medical-effectiveness-research-165007641.html
The 3.8% real estate tax applies to those making more than 200,000 (500,000 if a couple), and only to the amount of profit over 250,000 on the sale.
So if you earn less than 200K, forget it. If you make more than that and clear 249,999 on your condo sale, forget it.
See my reply 126. It may be a rumor, but remember nobody has read the bill.

Thank you! for posting about HR 4646
You are welcome. http://thomas.loc.gov
I think it’s the most dangerous site on the web for progressives, we can see what they are up to if it’s being done by Congress. I’ve used that site for research many times here.
I don't. This is why I wrote:
the liberal site, snopes.com who calls it "false." I just hope there other ways to confirm or deny what snopes.com says.
DBrow got the dead bill. Apparently, that RAT, Fattah of PA, pushes this crap every now and then.
Thanks for your help, DBrow. I appreciate it.
I have gone there many times. It is also the best site to double check what some Freepers are saying is going on, and it turns out THEY ARE WRONG.
I always check other sources, but I keep seeing Freepers saying what you just said and I want to know exactly what reports Snopes has made that was not the truth? Can you anyone else let me know?
but remember nobody has read the bill

Again, thank you.
When selling a house, no one in NJ wants an additional tax on top of the lousy crook Corzine’s sales tax.
Our government has drones... and with John Roberts - who knows, maybe he'll find something in the constitution that allows liberal elites to take our guns and kill our first borns...
Thanks for the update, DBrow, and thanks to Spunky and Mel, too. FR strives for accuracy.
