No matter how well the election goes for the republicans, we will not have a filbuster-proof senate. Therefore we are stuck with Obamacare until early 2015. By then it will be completely implemented and impossible to repeal.

1.) It would appear you are at stage 5 of Dr. Kubler-Ross' 5 stages: acceptance.

2.) It is my understanding that the bill can be repealed by a simple majority of 51; that a filibuster-proof majority is not needed.

I heard you the first time. Most observers believe that repeal in a Republican led Senate could be achieved through the reconciliation rules, requiring a simple majority and not subject to filibuster. But, repeal will require a Republican House, Senate, and White House. Lose one and Obamacare stands.
