The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows President Obama attracting 46% of the vote, while Mitt Romney earns 44%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided.
The presidents is enjoying a modest bounce following the Supreme Court ruling on the health care law. This is the first time he has held the lead on consecutive days in more than a month.

A presidents Job Approval rating is one of the best indicators for assessing his chances of reelection. Typically, the presidents Job Approval rating on Election Day will be close to the share of the vote he receives. Currently, 50% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) at least somewhat disapprove (see trends).
Ok? Then why are you still here? So you can look at a tracking poll and act like a drama queen?
I’ve seen activist gays with thicker spines than some of the people on this site.
Ya know what’s worse? (if it could be) ... he has the momentum. He actually is getting a BOUNCE from the SCOTUS ruling.
yeah. Romney will bring people around *huge eye roll*
“This is why we deserve this asshat of a scumbag”
What’s this ‘we’, Kemosabe?
The 40% of Americans who really support Obama deserve his deficits and unemployment.
The rest of us deserve a better America.
Media PSYOPS will try to build up Obama and depress our turnout and enthusiasm. but you can only polish a turd so mich. too bad Freeper drama queens fall for it.
As will Jimmy Carter.
Your post echos my sentiments. Been saying the same thing. People getting excited that “this or that” is going to result in a GOP blowout, even a win, is a huge pipe dream.
Sadly, too many of us lurch from one bumper sticker to the next instead of educating ourselves and those around us.
Pity, isn’t it?
I’m with ya.
And my grandson turned me on to Call of Duty. Love it though not quite as nimble as he. =)
Agree completely. This site has become a hangout for limp pussys that have nothing better to do than whine about how the world is picking on them. The fact is that EVERY single election since 2009 with national implications have gone our way. Nothing will change in November and Obama will lose big. Bank on it.
the sad part is what he does won’t work, so they will continue to blame capitalists and conservatives. We will have to sacrifaice more, give more of our work to support the collective. Then they will need to to take all we own for the good of the collective and send us to re-education camps, those who can’t/won’t be re-educatted will never be heard from again being put in to a mass grave out in the desert somewhere.
Demographics have caught up with us. There just arent enough of us left any more.
The truth though many don’t want to believe. It is only going to accelerate over the coming years. We are truly done. America is changing, will change, and become radically different. It can not be stopped and THAT is what is so sad.
Saw the Rasmussen poll this a.m. and was PO`d as well. If, after 40+ months of 8%+ unemployment, $16.5 trillion debt, a disastrous foreign policy, equally disastrous border policy, $3+ per gallon gas, record numbers of actual unemployed, and daily governmental usurpation of Americans` rights and liberties... Obama wins in November, the republic truly is dead.
The left will forevermore have its jackboot on the neck of America through the rest of her dying existence.
Not so sure of that. The GOP convention hasn't even been held yet. Romney is getting no face time as of now. The anti-zero attack ads have not begun. The heavy artillery will not come out until late Sept. and early Oct. It's going to be a tough fight, but I think more people are sick of Obama than you think.
And what the pipe dreamers among us fail to realize is that 29 million Obama voters sat out in 2010. They won’t do that again.
We means all of us, we have done NOTHING to prevent what is going on, we have watched and whined for 30 years and done zero, zip, nada.
If we are so stupid as to allow the media to supress our voting “WE DESERVE” what we are getting.
Or as Jefferson said, “A people get the leaders they deserve”
What was the ratio of Democrat to Republican in the poll?
Obama is going to get crushed in Nov.
The fact that CommieCare has been determined to be a tax doesn’t mean much when over half of the people infesting this country don’t pay taxes anyway. The Supreme Court’s “decision” will have no effect on the election except for maybe bringing out the freeloaders to cast a big “Thank You!” vote to their messiah. They probably would have voted for him anyway.
Today is a hot, sunny summer weekend here at the Jersey shore! "Normal" people aren't at home to answer automated telephone pollsters. They are at the beach, at the pool, in a boat, standing around the barbecue or in the mountains.
(Hmmmmmm. So why am I sitting at home at my computer posting???? I am recovering from an episode of sun poisoning -- a polymorphous light eruption that was caused by a drug I was taking, if you want to get technical -- and am giving my skin a rest! Otherwise, I'd be outside.)
IMO, Obama has been toast since Thursday. He should start to get bids from moving companies.
Also get off your asses and either give money to Americans for prosperity or a conservative senate candidate so they can change this in the future.
Or you can just bitch and flame at me. I choose to be an instrument of change.

I don’t know that for a certainty. I remember as a returned Vet in the pre-1980 election not seeing/hearing much sign of a reversal of political fortune for this country. For all that I can remember, Jimmy Carter’s chances in getting re-elected seemed on the media surface, a done deal.
Only on the day of election, in my precinct, did I come to know how wrong that feeling was. I saw a massive turnout. I saw many people with T shirts for Reagan or against Carter (against polling policy).... I heard the talk in line and I waited for my turn.....
I’m waiting for my turn now in November, and hoping for some real effing change, for a change.
right...except every election that obama has had a hand in personally or through his minions since 11/08 he’s lost big time:
NJ/VA gov races in 2009
Mass senate race in 1/10
2010 midterms
Wisconsin recall earlier this month...
i don’t like seeing these polls either but its getting to be like the gay marriage issue- all the polls show a majority in favor of gay marriage but guess what- it almost always gets voted down when its time to go to the booth and vote on it...
Folks it is just a Temporary bump from the Health Care win at the SCOTUS he will drop again after this wears off!!
