Dear Friends,
The Supreme Court yesterday upheld ObamaCares individual mandate on the grounds that it functions as a tax. This flatly contradicts the vows President Obama and his supporters repeatedly made to the American people that the mandate is not a tax.
The ruling means its now up to Congress to defund and repeal ObamaCare and to replace it with affordable healthcare reform that works. My new proposal, the Choice in Healthcare Act, would test this kind of reform through a voluntary pilot program designed to improve healthcare delivery and medical care access for Medicare and Medicaid participants in the San Joaquin Valley.
You can hear more about the Supreme Court ruling and the Choice in Healthcare Act on the new podcast posted on my website: http://nunes.house.gov/Podcasts/
Sincerely,
Devin Nunes
MEMBER OF CONGRESS

Hey, Devin, how about leaving the whole thing alone unless you want to repeal Obamacare lock, stock, and tax increase??
At this point, what most of us want is for politicians to butt out of our personal lives completely and allow the market to resolve the existing issues.
Years ago, we used to say that if you really want to screw things up, you needed a computer! Now, all you need is a bunch of clueless, out-of-touch, self-aggrandizing politicians!!
Agree.
I would like to add...the gub needs to repeal this pile of donkey dung....and stop pandering to small non-existent groups who they believe thinks this is an issue. Mandating that everyone has health insurance has nothing to do with health care.
Plus....further proof this has nothing to do with health care...if “one” decides they do not want to buy health insurance, then they will get fined (or are they taxed?), so they still do not have health insurance. I spent much of my life without health insurance, yet, found that the health care I purchased was less expensive than any policy.
Dear Congressman Nunes,
Contact me when you’re ready to introduce the “Get the federal government out of Healthcare COMPLETELY” Act.
Sincerely,

I second the notion......Fed Up Voter
Hey Devin, instead of burning out the few brain cells you have left trying to put lipstick on a pig, why don't you try this. Every single bill that comes up for a vote contains an amendment to repeal DeathCare, in its entirety.
In the name of justice, liberty and freedom I think its time to break or ignore a few laws.
America does not agree with the laws, well this is America and eventually the people will win unlike a third world country that eventually rolls over on its back in surrender to socialist agendas.
Excellent idea!
